Open Call: Berlin Summer ☀️

Wir bringen den Berliner Sommer an die Wände! Gemeinsam mit Safelight veranstalten wir eine Ausstellung, die das Gefühl des Sommers in unserer Stadt einfängt. Am 29. August feiern wir das Ganze mit einer Ausstellung direkt im Safelight Store.

Jede einzelne Einsendung wird gedruckt! Alle eingereichten Fotos werden im Format 10x15 ausgestellt. Die besten Bilder schaffen es zusätzlich als Großformat-Prints in die Ausstellung und wer das entscheidet? Ihr als Community!

So funktioniert es:

1. Erstelle dir ein Profil (Free, Supporter oder Pro).

2. Lade deine 3 besten Bilder zum Thema „Berlin Summer“ hoch.

3. Die Fotos müssen nicht aus diesem Jahr sein, aber sie müssen in Berlin aufgenommen worden sein. Analog oder digital – alles ist erlaubt!

Der Zeitplan:

• Einsendeschluss: 20. August

• Community-Voting: Direkt nach dem Einsendeschluss öffnet unsere Online-Galerie. Dort könnt ihr für eure Lieblingsbilder abstimmen, um die Großformate zu bestimmen.

• Ausstellung: 29. August im Safelight Store.

Open Call: Berlin Summer ☀️

We are bringing the Berlin summer to the walls! Together with Safelight, Filmriss is hosting an exhibition that captures the unique vibe of summer in our city. On August 29, we will celebrate the results with a gallery show right at the Safelight Store.

The best part: Every single submission gets printed! All submitted photos will be displayed in 10x15 format. On top of that, the standout shots will be printed in large format – and you, the community, get to curate them!

How it works:

1. Create your filmriss.club profile (Free, Supporter, or Pro).

2. Upload your 3 best photos matching the theme "Berlin Summer".

3. The photos don't have to be from this year, but they must have been taken in Berlin. Analog or digital – both are welcome!

The Timeline:

• Submission Deadline: August 20

• Community Voting: Right after the deadline, our online gallery goes live. You can vote for your favorite images to decide which ones get the large-format print.

• Exhibition: August 29 at the Safelight Store.
